**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is an application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment dated 16.8.2018, passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur vide which the complaint filed by the applicant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 was dismissed and the respondent was acquitted of the charge framed against him.
On 28.3.2019, nobody represented the applicant and the case was adjourned to 28.8.2019. Since on 28.8.2019, nobody put in appearance on behalf of the applicant, the case was again adjourned to 15.11.2019 but again on 15.11.2019 nobody has put in appearance. Similar is the position today. There is delay of 66 days in filing the application under Section 378
(4) Cr.P.C.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
