Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to 4 to consider and decide the representation dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P7), which he submitted against respondents No.5 to 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the representation dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P7), submitted by the petitioner to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Bureau, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, remain unattended till now and no action has been taken against respondents No.5 to 7.
