(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0078 dated 12.12.2017, under Sections 323, 325, 326, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Jhander , District Amritsar Rural.

On 21.11.2019, while issuing notice of motion, interim protection was granted to the petitioner subject to his joining investigation and complying with the provisions contained under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.22 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
