The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 30.07.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018, whereby direction was issued to the respondent to pass a speaking order after considering the claim of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 30.07.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018, compliance affidavit dated 07.03.2025 of Kapil Grover, Under Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commissioner, Panchkula, along with Annexures R-1 to R-3, has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry, which is already taken on record. 3.

A perusal of compliance affidavit shows that a speaking order VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.20 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4006-2024 (O&M) -2dated 20.11.2014 (Annexure R-12) has been passed by the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula, in compliance of order dated 30.07.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018. 4.

In view of the above, since order dated 30.07.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-21464-2018, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the aforesaid speaking order.
