This Court vide order dated 03.11.2023 had directed the parties to appear before the Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send his report qua the genuineness of the compromise.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar and got their statements JATIN 2024.01.16 18:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

recorded. On the basis of the statements so recorded, learned Magistrate has submitted report dated 11.12.2023 to the effect that the compromise has been effected between the parties voluntarily and without any coercion or undue influence.

Statement of Respondent No.2-complainant, namely, Ajit Singh with regard to compromise was recorded before learned Magistrate on 30.11.2023.
