By way of filing the instant petition, non-compliance of the order dated 21.10.2024, passed by this Court in CWP-28379-2024, has been alleged.

Mr.Sharad Aggarwal, DAG, Haryana appearing for the respondents, on instructions from Mukesh Kumar, Clerk, Haryana Roadways, Jind and Ankit, Clerk, Haryana Roadways, Sonipat, submits that the order dated 21.10.2024 passed in CWP-28379-2024 has been complied with as the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Sonipat has passed a speaking order dated 03.04.2025 and even the benefits consequential to the said order, have also been disbursed. Copy of the order dated 03.04.2025 has also been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
