Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has received grievous injuries, regarding which medical reports dated 27.03.2024 have been appended as Annexures P-3 and P-4 as also the reference is made to the CCTV footage, pendrive whereof has also been appended as Annexure P-2. He on instructions states and if any threat perception is found or evidence surfaces substantiating his claim as regards to commission of a cognizable offence, appropriate action be taken in accordance with law.
