(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 25.09.2019 under Sections 452/326/323/324/341/354/506/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Rajasansi, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that apart from the fact that pursuant to order dated 04.12.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation, the matter has also been settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Criminal Misc. No. M-49625 of 2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and a settlement/compromise dated 14.2.2020 has also arrived at between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 04.12.2019 is made absolute.
