The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to institute a petition under Section 7 of the Haryana Municipal Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1974, thus, before the Assistant Collector concerned. On the said petition being filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided within three months, but after hearing all the affected persons besides subject to a well prepared demarcation of report becoming tendered into evidence by its author. 3.
