This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Criminal Complaint bearing No.6947 dated 13.07.2016, titled as M/s Religare Finvest Limited vs. Vaishno International Pvt. Ltd. & others, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881(Annexure P-1), Summoning Order dated 13.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 22.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana (Annexure P-3) thereby issuing Notice of Accusation under Section 251 Cr.P.C., along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted vide order dated 15.09.2021, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana and therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
