(Oral) Pursuant to service of an advance notice upon the respondent - State of Haryana, Mr. Munish Sharma, DAG, Haryana has put in appearance and filed status report by way of affidavit of Shri Virender Kumar. H.P.S. Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, which is taken on record. A copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel representing the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of all other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him for redressal of his grievances.
