(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 168 dated 24.8.2019 under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. On 27.11.2019, an adjournment was sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 16.12.2019. On 16.12.2019, the case was called twice but nobody represented on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 24.2.2020. On 24.2.2020 again the case was called twice but nobody represented the petitioner and the case was adjourned for today i.e. 26.2.2020. Even today nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the second call.
