No. 540 dated 6.12.2017 registered with Police Station Kaithal City, District Kaithal for offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120-B IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 Subhash Chander submits that such respondent has already been granted regular bail in this case by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaithal vide order dated 11.2.2020. He has placed on record copy of that order.

It being so, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
