Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that speaking order has been passed by the respondents but the same was not passed within time allowed vide order dated 08.11.2019.

Refuting the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner had filed another writ petition No. 33816 of 2019, in which vide order dated 20.11.2019 the respondents were directed to pass speaking order and convey the same to the petitioner upto 23.11.2019. COCP No. 3911 of 2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that in the writ petition (33816 of 2019) permission was given to the respondents to pass the order and convey the same upto 23.11.2019 As the speaking order has been passed, no further action is required, this petition has no merits.
