(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to stop the illegal commercial activities of respondent No.5 (Lallu Shuttering Store) on the plea that the same is being carried out in violation of Municipal & other laws. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 (Municipal Council, Naya Gaon, District Mohali) informs the Court that the requisite HIMANI GUPTA 2025.11.14 14:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document notices have already been issued to respondent No.5, calling upon him to

stop the illegal commercial activities. He further submits that the aforesaid initiated proceedings would be taken to its logical end. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 4.
