(Oral) After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition by seeking liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move appropriate application for bail, which may be considered and disposed of in an expeditious manner by the learned trial Court.

Considering the statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the trial Court to move fresh application for bail, which will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the learned trial Court in an expeditious manner.
