The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of order dated 11.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka whereby an application under Section 311 Cr.PC filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main case before the Trial Court stands decided.
