  The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the grant of regular bail in FIR bearing No.57 dated 11.03.2025, registered under Section 21(b)/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 111 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.
