H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender in the trial Court, however, a direction be given to the trial Court to decide his application for regular bail expeditiously and he be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

It is directed that in the event of the petitioner surrendering before the trial Court on 21.1.2020, the date of hearing stated to be fixed there, the trial court is to decide his application for regular bail expeditiously and while doing so, may keep it in view that the ground of absence of petitioner is stated to be illness and death of his grandfather.
