**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.362 dated 14.09.2021 registered under Sections 302, 307, 201, 34, 120-B IPC at Police Station, Chandimandir, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, however with a liberty to approach this Court again after examination of material witnesses.
