Learned State counsel submits that relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted. It is stated in the reply that in view of the instructions, dated 06.01.2023, the matter was looked into and the petitioner was found entitled to re-fixation of pay for the difference of pay of two posts while holding the current duty charge upto 31.12.2015. Accordingly, the petitioner's pay has been re-fixed in terms of the clarification and the difference of pay of two posts has also been released to him.
