Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was caused injuries by respondents No.4 and 5 regarding which the matter was reported to the police but no action has been taken so far. Copy of MLR produced on file shows that injuries No.3 and 4 on the person of petitioner disclose commission of offence punishable under Section 323 of Indian Penal Code and the opinion about injuries No.1 and 2 appears to have not been taken. As such, commission of any cognizable offence is not made out and the petitioner can avail other legal remedies available to him.

No reason is made out to give direction to the police to register the FIR at this stage.

This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
