The present petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 04.11.2016 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Moga, whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Court below on 16.12.2024, therefore the present petition has been rendered as infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
