The present application is for quashing of order dated 14.06.2023 (Annexure P-27) vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in complaint case NO.COMA-151-2017 dated 07.06.2017, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not complete his instructions as to whether the petitioner is ready to make the payment or not and prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one as and when the petitioner is in a position to arrange the funds.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
