At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Mr. Mukesh, Reader, Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh, submits that the aforesaid representation dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) shall be considered and decided by the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh at Narnaul/competent authority, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with law. 4.
