(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned award dated 08.09.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.1 vide which, the Tribunal had passed the award in favour of respondent No.2.

On 11.08.2023, the following order was passed: "As per office report, notice to respondent No.2 could not be served due to 'incomplete address'.
