***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.58 dated 16.04.2019, registered under Section 18 of NDPS Act No.61 of 1985 at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.

Recovery was effected from Joginder Singh. Allegation is for purchasing the contraband from the petitioner. Vide order dated 18.12.2019, interim protection was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to join the investigation. Today, Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required in further investigation of the case.
