(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.155 dated 7.9.2019, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station City Mansa, District Mansa. Counsel for the parties informed the Court that the mediation has failed.

After arguing for some time, realizing that contentions are not finding favour, in order to avoid an adverse order, learned counsel for the petitioner restrict his prayer. On instructions he submits that the petitioner would surrender within 15 days and move an application for regular bail and the same be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, in case, the petitioner surrendered within 15 days and move an application for regular bail, the Court concerned shall take up the same within three days and decide it expeditiously.
