Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that vide order dated 10.05.2019 passed in petition i.e. CRM-M-11097-2019, FIR No. 713 dated 19.07.2018, registered under Section 379-A IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra was quashed qua the appellant and present appeal has been rendered infructuous.

In view of above, present appeal stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
