(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present revision seeking enhancement of maintenance of Rs.2500/- per month i.e. Rs.2000/- per month to petitioner No. 1-wife and Rs.500/- to petitioner No. 2-minor child, awarded to them by the learned Family Court, Bhiwani, vide impugned order dated 11.09.2018.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, vide order dated 09.10.2019, the main application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has already been allowed by the learned Family Court, Bhiwani.
In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
