**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working as a Fireman for over 27 years and is entitled to the financial up-gradation in view of the ACP Scheme. He further contends that the petitioner has sent a legal notice (Annexure P-1) in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-1) in accordance with law.

Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-1) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
