Learned Senior counsel for petitioner, at the outset, fairly states that order of blacklisting has been rescinded and work allotted under the contract has since been completed in view of interim orders passed in this writ petition. It is only a dispute regarding payments due towards petitioner which now remains. Therefore, nothing survives in present writ petition, which is now rendered infructuous. It is, however, prayed that petitioner be afforded liberty to avail remedy(ies) available to him in accordance with law for any dispute regarding payments due towards him. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents affirms and verifies the factual position as above.
