**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to approve Regular Joint Time Table on Sultanpur-Kapurthala-Gobindwal Sahib route which has not been approved since 31.11.2017.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioner has already represented before the respondent by way of legal notice dated 04.11.2022, but the same has not been considered so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice dated 04.11.2022 is directed to be decided by the respondent JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.15 17:32 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Sanjeev Soni, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. In view of nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take note of pending legal notice dated 04.11.2022 got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
