This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing of orders dated 02.11.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2 affirming the orders dated 13.06.2017 (Annexure P-5) and 29.07.2011 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondents No.3 and 4, vide which mutation has been sanctioned.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 10.05.2022 and 09.11.2022. Today also, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners although the matter has been called twice. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an application for restoration of the present petition or to file a fresh petition in case any cause survives.
