DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 2.9.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in Complaint No.3966 dated 3.4.2018 under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the matter has been settled between the private parties, therefore, he does not press the petition.
