RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 17.11.2022 passed by learned Judge, Fast Track Court, Chandigarh, vide which application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 Cr.P.C. for discharge has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned trial Court.
