The present petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the petitioners, vide which they have prayed for issuance of directions to official respondents to register FIR, to ensure fair investigation as also to direct learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram to decide his complaint expeditiously in view of RFSL reports (Annexures P-7 and P-8). 2.

Submissions of both the learned counsel have been heard. Documents on record perused.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned ACJM, Gurugram to expeditiously decide the complaint under Section 175(3) in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 2 months, from the date of certified copy of the order.
