(ORAL) Through instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-2) of the learned Rent Controller, Bathinda, whereby cross-examination of the petitioner to AW1 and AW4 was closed, treating the same as 'nil'.

Heard.

In the interest of justice, impugned order dated 31.10.2019 is set aside. Learned Rent Controller is directed to grant one opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine AW1 and AW4 subject to costs of ` 30,000/- to be paid to the opposite side.

This petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents with a view to impart justice to the parties and to save the huge RAVINDER SINGH 2019.11.28 11:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
