(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to ensure the security/property of the petitioners, which is at the eminent danger at the hands of respondents No.7 to 9. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioners in accordance with law, if need so arises.
