Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.105 dated 01.06.2023, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sector 9, Ambala City, District Ambala. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
