*** RAJ MOHAN SINGH (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.295 dated 31.10.2019, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Israna, District Panipat. Notice of motion was issued on 22.11.2019 and arrest of the petitioners was also stayed. In the very nature of allegations and stand taken by the petitioners they were directed to join investigation vide order dated 17.01.2020.

CRM-M-49617-2019 -2counsel sought time to verify the latest status of the case. Today, learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Rajbir Singh, submits that the petitioners are not required as they have already joined the investigation. In view of the aforesaid position, the order dated 17.01.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation till cancellation report is finally accepted by the competent Court.
