**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.349 dated 08.09.2023 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC registered at P.S. Phase-Sohana, District SAS Nagar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 06.11.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. He contends that the petitioner has handed over all the documents.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that all the documents have been handed over and the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 06.11.2023 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

CRM-M-55813-2023 -2In this view of the matter, interim order dated 06.11.2023 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
