The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5620-2016, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-5620-2016, compliance affidavit dated 09.01.2026 of Shena Aggarwal, IAS, Director, Department of Social Security and Women & Child Development, Punjab, Chandigarh, along with speaking order dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.
