(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.26 dated 10.02.2021 under Section 15/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar Rural.

In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Manish Jain v. Haryana State Pollution Control Board, 2020(20) SCC 123, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
