This is a petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 2(b) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed in CWP-3948-2025. 2.

Compliance report dated 17.09.2025 by way of affidavit of Bikramjit Singh Shergill, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar alongwith a speaking order (Annexure R-1) has already been filed in the Registry, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
