-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 26.05.2022 the following order was passed : "This is a regular second appeal of 2019 which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. Repeatedly the case has been adjourned on the requests of learned counsel for the appellants. On 25.11.2019, last opportunity was granted to the counsel for the appellants to argue the matter. Thereafter, the matter was yet again adjourned on the request of counsel for he appellants. Today again an adjournment slip has been circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the appellants, though no one is present to press the said request.
