 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6 and further directing respondent No.3 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to him under law. Permitted to do so.
