RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate directions for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.423, dated 06.10.2022, under Sections 294, 354-A, 506, 354-D IPC, registered at Police Station IMT Rohtak, District Rohtak, and to transfer the investigation of present case to State Crime Branch in some other District as accused/respondent No.6, who is Superintending Engineer (CDC) posted at Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, Rohtak, is influencing the investigation of the case.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.6 is Superintending Engineer and being an influential person, he is influencing the investigation. Counsel for the petitioner has also drawn attention of this Court to the representation, dated 14.10.2022, which he has filed before respondent No.4.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 only, at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State and has MEENU 2022.12.13 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

After hearing the counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation expeditiously keeping in view the grievances raised by the petitioner vide her representation dated 14.10.2022, in accordance with law.
