ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have alleged misappropriation in distribution of fertilizers against the official respondents. She has referred to the representation (Annexure P-7) and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the same.

Issue notice to the respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Arun William, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Heard.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representation (Annexure P-7) and take action, if necessary, in accordance with law.
