Mr. Shivam Chaudhary, Advocate for respondent No.2. ***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed challenging the condition of bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.11.2022 passed by this Court in CRM-M-13319-2021.

On 27.11.2024, the petitioner was directed to deposit the cost of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of 04 weeks, in terms of the undertaking given by him and on such contingency, the operation of impugned order dated 20.03.2023 was directed to be stayed.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Jaipal, Police Station Pundri, contends that the petitioner has neither appeared before the Trial Court nor deposited the cost as per his undertaking given before this Court and that he has also been declared as a proclaimed person in the meanwhile.

Since the petitioner has failed to appear before the Trial Court despite his own undertaking before this Court and been declared as a proclaimed person in the meanwhile, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
